Place: Ocean’s Halo HQ, Burlingame CA 94010

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Chief Sales Officer and CEO to understand, track, maintain and execute the sales growth strategies of our brand, Ocean’s Halo by Retailer, Distributor, Product / Category, Channel and Geography

• Develop and maintain an organized list of key accounts

• Improve the business by gaining new distribution points

• Develop and maintain relationships with the network of distributors

• Periodic trips for sales calls and trade shows

• Process sample orders, sales orders and retailer promotions

• Support the field sales team to achieve the objectives.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Strong interest / passion for selling sustainable, organic and better-for-you branded foods and beverages

• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)

• Creative presentation / public speaking

• Very organized with great attention to detail and time management

• Innovative and creative in approaching accounts and expanding business

• Ability to understand and execute retail account strategies

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Professional behavior in working with colleagues, distributors, retail representatives and consumers

• Must be able to use the basic functionalities of the MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

• Remain able to pivot in the rapidly changing environment typical of a fast growing startup environment

• Ability to lift crates of product up to 25 pounds

Compensation:

• Base salary plus end of year bonus (% of salary) subject to performance
