As an independent businesswoman before joining Springboard Hospitality, Florio has built a reputation as an agile project manager and creative tactician in the areas of direct sales, direct marketing, e-commerce, management of brand, hotel design, social media, communications and email marketing. Florio’s Inntegrated Consulting firm has worked with a wide range of independent properties including The Mansion at Glen Cove in New York City, Kenwood Inn & Spa in Sonoma Valley, and Casa Madrona in Sausalito. Over the past decade, Inntegrated Consulting has helped independent hotels increase their market share, average daily rate and occupancy rates with less reliance on online travel agencies and other marketing tactics. at high commission.

Prior to launching Inntegrated Consulting, Florio worked in hotel operations, sales and marketing for Andaz by Hyatt, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Morgans Hotel Group, producing advertising campaigns, managing public relations efforts and implementing world-class direct income strategies.
