GENERAL PURPOSE TAPES

T6000

premium quality polypropylene packaging tape is available in clear or buff. The product has a high tack and is available in many sizes. Alow noise version is available as T6010. Our vinyl packaging tape is T6015.

T6050

economy cloth tape, has high adhesion levels and good abrasion resistance. It is easy to tear and is available in nine colours with black and silver being standard. It is used in heating and ventilation, asbestos removal, carpet joining, securing cable and wiring, masking and sealing augers and silos etc.

T6070

is our cross weave single sided tape for heavy duty strapping. The cross weave is made from reinforced glass fibre for extra strength, making T6070 especially useful for export carton closing and for bundling heavy loads.

PVC TAPES

T6100

is our standard PVC electrical tape for insulating, jointing and terminating of cables. There are over ten colours available. T6100 is 0.14mm thick, flame retardent and conforms to BS3924.

TRANSFER TAPES

T6200

is a carrier free transfer tape with good U.V. and temperature resistance.

T6202

very high performance acrylic transfer tape offers a combination of high tack and adhesion with excellent U.V. and temperature resistance. It is ideal for nameplates, signs and other demanding applications.

T6204

has temperature resistance up to 180C. It is especially useful as a splicing tape.

T6210

is a general purpose reverse wound transfer tape suitable for use through an application gun.

FOAM TAPES

T6400

Standard foam tape acts as a multi purpose double sided foam tape. It has a high tack and is suitable for mirror mounting, cable trunking, fixing tiles and for bonding hooks etc.

DOUBLE SIDED TAPES

T6500

high performance double sided tape incorporates high tack and a temperature resistance up to 125C. It has many uses from trim to name plate bonding and has many potential applications within the print finishing industry. T6500 is stocked in many sizes. T6510

finger lift double sided tape allows for easy use and speed of application. T6510 is a tissue tape with an aggressive tack suitable for most requirements in the print finishing industry. For more difficult laquered boards try T6511.

T6520

perm and peel adhesive system is ideal for a variety of applications including core splicing, protection pads and poster mounting. It is also suitable for bobbin wound business form production. Please note that the permanent and peelable sides are interchangeable.

FOIL TAPES

T6600

is a 130 micron thick, aluminium foil tape. It is fire resistant to BS476 Class 'O' Parts 6 & 7 and is approved by Rockwool Insulation for duct insulation, heating shielding etc.

SPECIALIST TAPES

T6800

is a polyurethane foam with acrylic adhesive. It offers superb performance and environmental resistance. It is also resistant to U.V. light, fungi, oxidation, ozone and extremes of temperature from -40 to +93C. T6800 will bond most common materials including polycorbonates and acrylic plastics. Typical applications include attaching letters and signs, interior panel stiffening, bonding side mouldings and roof bows. For greater adhesion try T6890 Adhesion Promoter that creates faster bonds and improves adhesion to irregular and curved surfaces.

T6853

solid acrylic double sided adhesive tape has very high adhesion. It works well at temperatures between -10 and +120C. It is non staining, does not become brittle with age and does not absorb moisture. T6853 can replace rivits, welding and most common fasteners.

T6860

has very aggressive tack giving very high bond strength. T6860 is based on a pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive and gives immediate tack., meaning no cure time is required. It remains permanently flexible, non-hardening and has many uses including DPC's woven polypropylene matting, correx sheeting and bonding lightweight insulation panels. T6860 will also bond GRP, aluminium, glass, most plastics and metals.

T6869

is a high performance expanding foam sealant impregnated with a stabilised acrylic adhesive. When installed it offers a durable and permanently flexible weather tight seal. It has exceptional flexibity and elasticity making it an ideal sealant for most uneven surfaced components such as concrete, brick, wood, etc. T6869 maintains these properties indefinitely, responding efficiently to the constant expansion and contraction of thermal cycles. It is compatible with most wet sealants and will bond joints between door and window frames, corrugated roofing panels, rooflights, ventilation and even air conditioning ductwork.

PRIMERS AND CLEANERS

T6890

is the standard primer for our T6800. It enhances adhesion to irregular and curved surfaces and at the same time increases cure speed of the adhesive.
