mpact Adhesives range of industrial sealants and sealant/adhesives are manufactured to
the highest standards and include not only standard silicones and mastics, but also high
performance silicones, RTV's, and polyurethane's. Our 310ml cartridges are standard for most
products but 380ml cartridges and other more specific sizes are available. In addition, a
range of industrial quality application guns are available for both manual and pneumatic
dispensing.
SEAL SILICONES
All our SEAL silicones are manufactured to relevant BS specifications, therefore,
quality and consistency are assured. Our range comprises of acetoxy as well as various
'neutral' curing systems.
is our general purpose, high modulus acetic curing silicone. It is the most
widely used silicone sealant within our range with many application possibilities in the
construction, automotive and general manufacturing industries.
low modulus, acetoxy curing silicone provides greater flexibility and increased
temperature resistance for the more severe environments encountered in the construction and

sanitary grade contains a fungicide and is available in a variety of colours.

is one of our oxime based neutral curing silicones. It is both low odour and high
performance, making it user friendly and suitable for sealing and bonding critical areas.
SEAL - 5100 has excellent temperature resistance and flexibility.
is an economical neutral curing silicone based on a methoxy. SEAL - 5110 offers
further alternatives for our customers.
premium grade, alcoxy curing silicone has supreme movement capabilities and
flexibility. It is extremely user friendly and the odour is generally inoffensive.
is our neutral curing silicone which releases ethanol
whilst curing, making it extremely low in odour. It is often the first choice where silicone
products are being used in enclosed environments.
RTV represents the ultimate in high performance silicones which is reflected in
its excellent chemical, environmental and temperature resistant capabilities.
Gasket seal is used where temperatures can reach up to 300C. It is red oxide in
colour and is available in a variety of pack sizes for easy use.
GENERAL PURPOSE SEALANTS AND MASTICS
is our oil based general purpose mastic. It is non-setting and can be used in
many construction applications such as general pointing and bedding. It is available in a
variety of colours.
has greater durability than oil based mastics and is suitable for applications
where thinner sections are required.
is based upon acrylic polymers making it a far superior product to emulsion
based acrylic sealants. It has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and good
temperature resistance. It is also available in a wide range of colours.
FLEX POLYURETHANE SEALANTS
is our general purpose adhesive sealant used within the automotive and marine sectors.
It is available in a variety of colours and comes in 310ml cartridges and 600ml foil packs
as standard. Other pack sizes are available on request. GP exhibits excellent flexibility,
bond strength and durability.
high performance adhesive/sealant offers higher figures for tensile and peel strength.
It has improved heat and climatic resistance. HP also has very high initial grab and fast
cure, lending itself to vertical applications such as panel bonding.
is our low modulus highly elastic polyurethane which is ideal for bridging gaps
that will be subjected to extreme movement. It is very easy to work with and is available
in a variety of colours.
is our highest strength polyurethane which exhibits extremely high tensile and
tear strengths. It is recommended for the most difficult of applications.
is our standard polyurethane suitable for direct glazing applications. It is black
in colour and provides excellent bond strengths in very short spaces of time.
Sealant adhesives are a range of hybrid products based on MS polymers. They exhibit
many benefits of both silicones and polyurethanes. They are very strong and at the same time
both elastic and overpaintable. MSl is our universal material that can be used to replace
silicones, polyurethanes, sanitary sealants, panel adhesives, decorators caulk, mirror
adhesive and many other application specific products. MS15, MS2O and MS4O offer the full
range of sealant requirements for the construction industry.
SEALERS AND PRIMERS
Primers are a range of primers which are used to enhance bond strengths of FLEX sealants
on various surfaces. For information on which primer is best for a specific application

REEL SEAL (EXTRUDED BUTYL STRIP MASTICS)
Reel seel is supplied in pre-formed strips ready for use. It can be used in many
jointing and sealing applications throughout the glazing, construction and general industrial
markets. It is available in a variety of colours and dimensions to ensure that our customers
receive exactly what they require.
Reel seel is a specially formulated extruded butyl strip capable of withstanding very
high temperatures such as those encountered in ovens and kilns etc. It is grey in colour and
